You've heard of such advice columns as Dear Abby and Ask a Farm Animal, but now
finally a practical person to answer all those questions you've always wondered but never
knew who to ask. Tom is that person. He's got degrees from such fine schools as "Bob's
Carpet Cleaning School" and "Get your G.E.D. in 3 and a half weeks." So here's the
answer to one of the many questions we've recieved for Tom.

What can I do to relieve the itch?

Tom- "Talcum powder. First scratch the top layer of skin off. Then apply the powder.

It's an ancient Chinese remedy."
